Today's thought is:

I am the soul of the world. I am that which is the finest 
essence. These are words we need to hear again and again. 
Knowing who and what we are restores us to sanity and 
harmony with all things seen and unseen.

Not knowing who we are, losing ourselves in the illusion of 
shame and fear, is insanity. Believing that we are unworthy 
is insanity. Seeing only a world of division, where we are 
separate and alone, is illusion and insanity.

We have spent enough time lost in illusion. We needn't 
wander there any longer. All we need to do is ask to be 
restored to sanity. All we need to do is ask for a pathway 
out of the world of illusion. In the asking is the answer.

I am the soul of world. I am that which is the finest essence.
